SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Within Australia we prefer to ship via Sendle who is the provider of Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service.
For all deliveries to a PO Box we ship via Australia Post who now provide a carbon neutral delivery service for MyPost Business account bookings.
For overseas deliveries we prefer to ship with Sendle where possible, where this is not possible we ship via Australia Post.
International orders may be subject to customs rates, please refer to your local customs office for information on duties payable. CIRC Eyewear is not liable for customs charges or losses that may arise from a customer refusing to pay the relevant duty on a purchase.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, any items that are returned in damaged or used condition will not be accepted for an exchange. Shipping charges via will be incurred for any exhanges.
We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, however we will provide a credit note. Return freight charges will be incurred.
We provide a 12 month warranty on frames for manufacturer defects. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any warranty claims.
